Mental fitness is the ability to use our minds effectively — to be aware of our thoughts, emotions and behaviours, direct our attention, regulate our responses, manage our energy and adapt our thinking when circumstances change.
Like physical fitness, these are skills that can be developed through practice. Stronger mental fitness helps us meet the demands of work and life with greater clarity, resilience, flexibility and agency, and better equips us to bring our best to whatever the day demands.

Mojo Edge works with organisations, leaders, teams and individuals navigating the demands of modern work.
Our training is particularly relevant where people need to manage pressure, maintain focus, navigate change and uncertainty, work effectively with others and continue performing well in demanding environments. While we have a strong understanding of professional services, our approach can be applied across industries and workplaces facing similar challenges.
-
Mojo Edge offers flexible mental fitness training that can be tailored to your people, priorities and available time.
Options range from short 45-minute Mindful Reset sessions (designed to pause, reset and refocus) to 60–120-minute workshops, through to half-day or full-day workshops and multi-session programs. We also offer individual and team coaching through casual 90-minute sessions or more structured three- and six-month programs.
Sessions can be delivered in person or live online, and different formats can be combined to create an approach that works for your organisation.

Expect practical, engaging learning grounded in evidence and made relevant to everyday work.
Sessions combine accessible explanations with discussion, reflection and practical exercises that help participants understand not just what supports mental fitness, but how to develop it. Participants leave with simple tools and strategies they can practise and apply in their work and everyday lives.
Our approach is practical rather than overly academic, and personal without being therapy. Participants are not expected to disclose personal information or experiences.

No. No previous experience is required.
Mindfulness and meditation are simply some of the tools we may draw upon where research and evidence support their effectiveness. They are not the focus of every session, and any practices used are introduced in a practical and accessible way.
-
Yes. Mental fitness can strengthen existing initiatives by developing some of the underlying skills that help people put what they learn into practice.
Rather than simply telling people what they should do, Mojo Edge focuses on how to build and practise the mental skills that support effective leadership, wellbeing and performance — including awareness, attention control, self-regulation, energy management and adaptability.
This means mental fitness training can stand alone or complement existing leadership, wellbeing and professional development programs.
-
Yes. We can work with you to understand what your people are experiencing and tailor the focus and format accordingly.
This might include helping people manage stress, improve focus and productivity, navigate change and uncertainty, manage energy, strengthen resilience, communicate and relate more effectively, make better decisions or enhance creativity.
Rather than treating these as isolated skills, we look at the underlying mental fitness capabilities that can help people respond more effectively to the challenge — and give them practical ways to develop those capabilities.
